Give students time to play with the words:
Download the PowerPoint presentation below. It contains a series of 15 sentences: each sentence uses a vocabulary word. If the sentence uses the word correctly, students answer "Correct." If the sentence uses the word incorrectly, students answer "Incorrect." Be sure to ask students to explain WHY each sentence is "correct" or "incorrect" for the meaning of the word. After each sentence is a slide giving the answer and offering an explanation. The slideshow includes all the words from the previous three sets of words.
