Trustworthiness Self-Assessment


Directions: On a piece of paper, number from 1 to 10. Answer each question with an agree or disagree. Once you have written your responses, self-evaluate yourself. Do you have more agrees than disagrees? Do you feel that your are trustworthy? Can you make improvements in some of these areas?

1. I rarely tell a lie. Lying is very difficult for me.
2. I hate to tell secrets. I know how it would make me feel if someone told my secrets.
3. When I say I am going to do something, I do it.
4. I am careful not to gossip or share confidential information about my friends to others.
5. My friends know that I am deserving of their confidence.
6. I tell the truth even though it may make me look bad.
7. I admit to my mistakes.
8. I stand up for what is right.
9. I value making good choices and doing the right thing at home, school, work, etc.
10. What you see is what you get with me. In other words, I am believable.
