    • Define Rejuvenation and write or display definition on the board. Definition: (Use one of the above definitions.)
  • Remaining minutes
    • Read the following Quote: "Of all the beautiful truths pertaining to the soul, none is more gladdening or fruitful than to know, you can regenerate and make yourself what you will." - William James, American Philosopher.
    • Whole-Group Discussion: What does William James mean? Could it be that William James recognizes the power a person has over oneself?
    • Journalizing: Knowing that you have power over to rejuvenate your mental and physical self, in your journal, list ways you can reach a more rejuvenated state. (For example, get more rest, do not work one hour before bedtime, put away distractions from rest such as the cellphone.)
    • Discuss Current Events, locally and from around the world.
  • Homework: Clear your schedule one hour before bedtime and rejuvenate yourself by relaxing and unwinding from the day.
